Chocolate and Guinness cake

Rich chocolate sponge cake made using “quite a lot” of the famous Irish drink. We fill these with a light white chocolate ganache. Hmmm.

Rich Fruit Cake

The classic “Christmas cake” is popular for weddings, christenings and just because. Fruit cakes have a layer of marzipan underneath the final covering. Our version has all the traditional dried fruits such as currants and sultanas, with the addition of apricots, dates, glace cherries and candied peel. A rich fruit cake isn’t complete without a soaking in Brandy and Whisky – now that is a boozy cake.
